What is free?: Your first 2 property listings, plus unlimited vehicle and service listings. Drafts do not count; a slot is used when you submit a property for review.
Do I get a free slot back if I delete a listing?: No. A free slot is permanently used by the listing that received it, so deleting, archiving or withdrawing it does not free another.
Does paying skip moderation?: Never. Every listing is reviewed before it is published, whether free or paid. Promotions only apply to published listings.
What happens when a promotion ends?: Boost, Featured and Promoted Service last 7 days. When they end, your listing simply returns to normal ranking. Nothing is deleted.
How does Bump to Top work?: A bump moves your listing to the top of the recent results once. It keeps its spot for a few days until newer promoted listings pass it.
Can I get a refund?: If a payment succeeded but you did not receive what you paid for, contact us. Refund decisions are made by our team and recorded on your order.
How do sponsored ads work?: You design the banner and schedule it. After payment our team reviews it, and it goes live on your start date once approved.
